  • Payment Info: All payments are processed via BookWhen, which uses secure, third-party processors. VIBE Dance does not store or access your payment details.

  • Technical Data: We may collect non-personal data (browser type, IP address, etc.) to improve your browsing experience.

  • To manage your class bookings and memberships

  • To communicate with you about classes, updates, or events

  • To invite you to join our WhatsApp group

  • To occasionally share promotional content (you can opt out anytime)

3. WhatsApp Group Participation

  • Optional and community-focused.

  • You can leave or ask to be removed at any time.

  • We ask all members to respect one another’s privacy and keep the good vibes only.

4. Class Footage & Media

  • We may film in class for progress or promo purposes, but we’ll always give you a heads-up.

  • If you do not wish to appear in footage, we’ll make sure you’re out of frame.

  • Any footage captured during class is owned by VIBE Dance and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.

5. Choreography & Intellectual Property

  • All choreography shared in class is original work created by Cat Burden or instructors working with VIBE Dance.

  • This content is protected and must not be copied, retaught, or used outside of class without prior approval.

  • Filming for personal practice is encouraged, but please respect the creative ownership involved.

6. Your Rights

  • You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

  • You can opt out of communications or community groups whenever you choose.
